What makes you think that the owner of a business does zero work? At the very least they are monetarily invested to get that company started and to cover costs. More often than not the owner of a company invested their time as well as money into a business giving up goals and making sacrifices for years. They are responsible for the business succeeding or failing. They are responsible for finding new talent. They were the ones with the passion for the business. The owner has to cover licencing and permits and legal representation. The worker has little to no ties to a business. The worker can take training from one business and go to another or start their own. A worker can leave that job without losing years of investment. How is that exploitation?
