What that prosecutor is doing is psychological manipulation. Wearing those bows, knowing Lindsay Clancys daughter frequently wore bows, and even opening your statement discussing how her daughter wore bows. She is doing this to break Lindsay Clancy down and mess with her head during a very vulnerable time. It’s honestly disgusting that someone would take that route. Especially in a case involving kids.

for anyone still saying Lindsay did it: theyve confirmed the dna on the knife was Patrick’s, not Lindsay’s. theyve also had multiple medical professionals that confirmed Lindsay had been too heavily sedated for weeks to be able to kill even one of those babies much less all three, climb out of the basement, try to cut her own wrists and throat, go up 2 more flights of stairs, and then jump out the window (not even going to mention that the blood smeared on the siding by the window is consistent to her being pushed out instead of voluntarily jumping out). also just through this out there: his ONLY alibi is crumbling the more evidence is shown. 15 minutes in the car in the parking lot at walgreens? wrong. gone when it happened? body temperatures wouldve been higher - meaning he would have been home since he didnt report going anywhere else. she confessed? paramedics confirmed her injuries and sedation made her physically unable to speak - and yet he still knew they were already dead without ever going check on them after “finding” her on the lawn. we can tell who is actually paying attention to the case and everything being submitted - and its not the people who still think she’s guilty.

As a former ECE behavioral interventionalist: I wore bows in my hair for one reason and one reason alone... building rapport with 4-5 year olds (one of many ways) so I could gain their trust and my methods would be effective. That prosecutor is being disgustingly emotionally manipulative. My skin is actually crawling thinking about it.

As someone who does wear bows in their hair, I would never wear a bow in a courtroom like that lawyer was definitely Trippin. 100% doing some sort of psychological thing on Lindsay to try and get her to break.
