Okay, for all the people saying the cop is in the wrong: in this case im actually with the cop. They have someone they are suspecting of trespassing after he's been allegedly trespassed before, which would be a crime. Since thats the suspicion for the crime and the guy has been told so, he has to ID, doesnt matter if the suspicion is right or wrong. Since he fails to ID he gets arrested. Yes, he can sue the building management or whatever but he has no point in sueing the cops.
