I don’t hear you talking about usage fees much. Do you just charge one higher base rate and not even ask for usage fees? Other creators make it seem like a must but every time I quote it to brands it doesn’t seem they want to pay it.

All the SideShift offers do not seem worth my time. The job says fixed base pay and then they come back with performance pay only. Like what? That’s feels so dishonest it’s making me very annoyed

So true!! I think this way. If the video and concept are simple enough to craft, but the pay is lower, i still accept. It’s still money and getting more experience

I’m the exact same way! It can be a foot in the door PLUS you never know when a brand will recommend you to another brand. I also over deliver 99% of the time!
