it's actually disanylagy, cows would have life or space to live without meat industry, and dogs are living and have recources to live without being killed for meat, so it becomes just unnecessary

“a bad day at the end” isn’t entirely truthful, more like a bad day in the beginning. most cows are killed between 12-24 months when their natural life span is up to 20 years.

I just think he would say the same for dogs but doesnt want to look like a psycho dog killer publicly. the thing here is that cows and chickens are still babies when killed. so adding that he is also killing babies would be an important part apart from the "bad day" thing. Also breeding quite sentient beings just for their flesh instead of for their own meaning is quite problematic ethically

Okay so the thing is I would actually be down to put down a puppy if I was going to eventualy consume it, but even I some random teenage bum can see many flaws made by vegans In this argument. First of all we as humans through out history in the west have never really participated in cynophagy both due to our biology, avoiding eating predators and such and culturaly. Humans tend to categorise animals based on emotionall closeness and utility. Treating it like an individual shirts it from fauna to family and makes the concept of consuption psychologically unthinkable. And also a puppy's are bred to invoke a maternal instinct in us so killing them would simulate killing of spring in you're mind which is pretty f upped. Whilst cows ig theh can be considered cute but still consumable because predators tend to go for the weakest easiest kill in a herd.
