It's too hot to be making dinner. ☀️ Warm up a piece of naan with a layer of hummus, pile on whatever crunchy veggies you've got, drizzle on something delicious, and call it a night. Recipe 👇 Serves: 1 Ingredients: * 1 piece naan bread * 3-4 tbsp hummus * ½ cup sliced cucumber * ½ cup halved grape tomatoes * ¼ bell pepper, diced * Pickled red onions (or pickle slices) * Chopped parsley Harissa Drizzle: * 1 tbsp mayonnaise * 1 tsp harissa * 1 tsp honey Instructions: 1. Spread the hummus over the naan. 2. Air fry at 385°F for 4 minutes (or bake at 400°F for 6–8 minutes) until the the hummus is warm and the naan is barely crispy with golden edges. 3. Top with the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, pickled onions, and parsley. 4. Stir together the mayo, harissa, and hot honey, then drizzle over the top. 5. Slice and eat open-faced...or fold it in half like a giant gyro. No rules here.
