In Indonesia, population mostly is Islam. In school we were given choices based on religion. Muslim students learns Islamic lesson once a week usually, christian students get christian lesson, Hindus students get Hindu Lesson, Buddhist students get buddhist lesson

A Muslim is encouraged to learn about other religions. That way, you know exactly what you are following. There is nothing to hide. "There is no compulsion in religion" (chapter 2 verse 256)

in American public schools they do Christmas parades, parties, songs, plays, and as you get older ur so called language arts class slowly integrates into including Biblical stories; all this while it's a public "separation between church and state" school. 🙄🙄🙄 the hypocrisy is overwhelming.

As a Muslim who studied in a Catholic school for my primary education, I used to sing gospel songs, say Christian prayers, and sometimes our teachers would even force us to remove our hijab. But Alhamdulillah, despite everything, I’m still practicing my faith, performing my daily prayers, and wearing my hijab. 🤍🕌
