bacon pudding is a traditional English heritage from Sussex and Buckinghamshire when gypsy traveler's came over they they cooked it for a cheap filling food at the time and in most homes in Britain so it was never invented by travellers its an English dish my grandmother and great grandmother and her mother used to cook it having lots of children was a cheap mean that filled you up and its called a roly-poly bacon badger it was never an invention of traveler's its an English British meal 🥰
