This is how much I charge to paint exterior houses👇 I get asked all of the time how much do I charge to paint houses, and honestly, this is a hard to answer question. There are too many factors involved when pricing construction jobs. Every job is different, the scope of work is different, the materials are different, the surfaces are different, etc. I’ve found after 4+ in the painting business industry, that the best formula to bid out job is: labor + materials + gross profits = estimate. I’ll be honest, when I first started bidding job, I had no clue how much to charge, until I started trialing and making mistakes. Now 4 years later, I can look at about 90% of everything, and give a price right away and be profitable.
