Hairdresser here 🙋🏼♀️can I give you some tips? -regular trims or else the split ends will just travel up the hair -invest in professional/sulphate free shampoo and conditioner -Try some olaplex treatments, book in with a salon and they will be able to identify which products would be best for you -use silk scrunchies to put your hair up with to prevent snapping - Try a serum (Moroccan oil, olaplex, keristass ect...) to lock in the moisture, smooth the cuticle and tame fly aways. I'm rooting for you 👌🌷🥰

i mean this with LOVE girl, it needs a trim, it's not all one length! hair holds memories and i feel like you're attached to it, it's also very warm/ orange toned which will need toning at some point. All i'll say is make sure you're eating enough fruit and veg, use hair oils and masks every week and you should see progress

A dry trim every 5 weeks just to take the dust off, healthy balanced diet, biotin, no bleach, do most of your styling with the hair dryer and minimal with straightners or tongs, good quality products! Honestly do not skip the trims if you’ve got split ends and don’t nip them off they just travel, breakage/split ends is like getting a ladder in your tights if you don’t dab the nail polish it will just travel the whole way up! You cannot bring dead ends back to life they just gotta go! And please don’t waste your money on rosemary oil and whatever other stuff you see on here it’s a load of crap 😂 a professional shampoo and conditioner washing twice a week is and a smoothing balm or oil for blowdrying is more than enough xxx
