I'm loving this because I'm new to Taylor & I have no one to talk to about her 😂 so apologies for rambling I get excited. Her brilliance as a storyteller is undeniable. The lyrics of TSMWEL are some of the most incredible writing in last century but her first live performance of it?! Absolutely insane. TSMWEL ends with her metaphorically falling after those 3 gunshot like beats only for ICDIWABH to begin seconds later... that’s not just choreography that’s storytelling. One version of her died & another has to stand back up, smile &"finish the show". If that isn’t mastermind level symbolism I don’t know what is. I’m not a Swiftie but I will absolutely die on the hill of defending the artistry behind what she creates.
