Yes … but there are also much less roles that are people managers right now.. at least at director level. But I digress… I’ve managed people before and I use AI every day and I’m very good with it!

20+ years in corporate senior leadership. AI has made the analysis of multiple data sources so quick and easy- I now spend more time on problem solving vs. problem finding, and more time on strategy to prevent the problem. People coaching is no longer about teaching spreadsheets, but rather root cause analysis and problem solving skills - which has greater impact.
