These cheesy Philly cheesesteak sliders are packed with juicy seasoned steak, buttery sautéed peppers and onions, melty provolone cheese, and baked on sweet Hawaiian rolls until perfectly golden. They make the perfect easy weeknight dinner, game day appetizer, or football party recipe! Ingredients: -1–1½ lbs shaved or shredded beef -2 tbsp olive oil, divided -3 tbsp butter, divided -Salt & pepper, to taste -Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning, to taste -1 yellow onion, diced -1 green bell pepper, diced -1 tbsp minced garlic -Garlic powder, to taste -Paprika, to taste -1 package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls -8 slices provolone cheese -Sesame seeds . Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet. Add the beef and season with salt, pepper, and Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning. Cook for 7-10 minutes until browned stirring occasionally, then remove from the skillet. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add the onion and green bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Continue cooking another 7-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the beef back to the skillet and stir everything together. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. Layer 6 slices of provolone cheese on the bottom, add the beef mixture, then top with the remaining 2 slices of provolone. Place the tops of the rolls on. Melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter and brush over the tops. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden. To melt the cheese, spray a bit of water on the griddle and cover the burgers with a basting cover or use the griddle hood. 7. Place the onion rolls cut side down on the griddle to toast them. Once golden brown, remove from heat. 8. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
