It is disappointing to see so many comments missing the point of this video, because this creator is just sharing a real, practical miscommunication that happens at service stations to help everyone avoid costly mistakes. He isn't saying people don't know how to read or count; he knows his job well and is simply pointing out how a slight slip of the tongue or confusing phrasing can easily lead to the wrong amount of fuel being pumped. Instead of attacking him or telling him how to do his job, we should appreciate that he is trying to make interactions smoother, save drivers time, and protect attendants from errors. Clear communication at the pump helps everyone, so let's stop turning a helpful, well-meaning tip into an unnecessary argument and show some respect for the people on the ground doing the work.
Let’s try to lift each other up and actually listen to the message rather than finding reasons to argue in the comment section. He understands his job perfectly well, he knows exactly what he is doing, and he is just trying to make the interaction smoother for everyone involved. If a video doesn't apply to you personally, there is no need to attack the creator; just take the note or scroll past. Let's show some respect for the service workers who keep things moving every day and stop turning a simple, helpful tip into an unnecessary debate.

some may think he joking but this is very serious. some of us who are trained in military artillery operations understand why its very important to call numbers slowly and digit by digit.one slight mistake in applying those numbers on the guns you're going to shoot a school or hospital when your target was an enemy base.some applies here also.i have witnessed more that twice now drivers and these guyz having issues because of poor communication or wrong way of giving figures.

You're suppose to count the money or check the amount on the speedpoint before you fill up the tank.
