I love using my prescription retinoid, but tazarotene is super strong stuff & sometimes my sensitive skin needs a little extra support to repair my barrier and tolerate the strong skincare I use. I hate using super thick or sticky feeling creams so I’m always skeptical of “mask” type claims - but this one is amazing. It’s so rich and creamy but absorbs SO fast and feels so lightweight once it’s on - more than some regular moisturizers I’ve found! It works amazingly for me as an overnight mask for barrier repair. It’s extremely hydrating as a final step in my nighttime routine and I’ve noticed my skin feeling so much smoother, plumped and hydrated when I wake up the next morning after using it.
