Interpretation: Do not think—O Messenger—that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do—such as rejecting you and other messengers, harming the believers, and committing other acts of disobedience. He merely delays their punishment until a terrible Day when their eyes will be fixed wide open, unable to blink due to the horror of what they behold.
