if she paid for the seat, it was her child seat. They should give her a refund plus $150,000 for the inconvenience in their own stupidity start finding that airline and that crap will stop fast.

I’m sure she was compensated nicely. I agree they didn’t have to be rude, but it was 3 &a 1/2 hours. And you could’ve excused yourself from your seat, they would’ve moved.

They should not be able to take a seat away from you if you paid for it even if you leave the seat empty you paid for that seat and unless they’re walking up with a voucher to give you back your money 100% plus extra for the inconvenience of what they are doing
