@chlo.cooks: Cowboys… step aside 🤠🎀 recipe below + follow for more!⬇️ Ingredients: - 2 steaks (I use fillet - seasoned with salt and pepper) - 250g rigatoni - 50g butter - 6 garlic cloves - 150ml double cream - 1tsp paprika + smoked paprika - 1/2tsp chilli flakes, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper - 1tbsp freshly chopped parsley (save some for the top) - 2tsp lemon juice + zest of half - 1tbsp worstecher sauce - Parmesan (measure with the 🫶🏼) 1. Sear seasones, room temp steaks on each side to taste (3-4 mins for med rare) then lay aside to rest 2. In the same pan, add the butter + garlic and cook for a few mins 3. Put your pasta on to boil as per packet instructions, then add all seasoning, lemon zest + juice, worstecher sauce, cream, steak juices and Parmesan to sauce, stir and allow to simmer while pasta cooks 4.
