Upon arrival at our shop, we verified the problem and confirmed the issue as reported by the customer. We then informed the customer that we needed to perform basic troubleshooting first and would update them once we identified the cause of the problem. After several troubleshooting steps, we found that the CMOS battery was weak and required replacement. We replaced the CMOS battery and also configured the correct boot type in the BIOS. After completing these steps, the no-display issue was resolved. We then performed a test run to ensure the PC was stable and ready for use.
