This really is a horrible experience for seniors. Your job is not to get them the highest food card. Is to put them on the best plan appropriate for their situation, including their providers and drugs and you just don’t know any of that information because you’re not a local licensed agent you’re just a call center receiving transfers from some Philippine call center or somewhere offshore. There’s zero ability for these consumers to follow up with you after the sale putting a senior on an entire complete Medicare plan based on a food card should actually be a crime. Shame on you.
