because you've had a precious c-section, you really need to be careful that your uterus doesn't over contract because you essentially have a weak spot in your uterus and that's typically what can cause ruptures. im not at all saying this will happen to you, but it could be worth ringing triage and explaining what's happening

No way, it’s Braxton hicks I would say, unless your immortal you would not be able to do videos or look that immaculate in any stage of labour for that long but good luck for the real thing 😉

your body is preparing for the actual labour, usually when people have prodromal labour for this amount of time, the actual labour and birth is usually very quick because your body has done so much prep. best of luck!
