Definitely should require life jackets. One time at binbrook our boat flipped over couldn’t flip it back was a long swim to the swore thankfully we were young caught a few cramps on the way but made it out. An elderly person definitely would have a hard time unlike salt water can’t just float on your back

they do require you to wear it when on the water, I grew up there, ny brothers beat friends house is just behind there. u have to wear your life jacket to use them. so I am guessing people are chosing to take them off

what does having a life jacket on any water craft have to do with people possibly drowning from swimming. why not make it so life jacket are to be used all times swimming and on water crafts. im pretty sure that its the law to wear life jackets on any water crafts already
