The word disproportionate comes into play when you look at population numbers. The net population growth of black people in south africa, and in general, is of such a degree that it's hard for them to prosper economically. Especially with an economic growth rate of 1% .And keep in mind, they have affirmative action, BEE and government welfare assistance. You know that your life would have been very different if you had 10 siblings. It may sound like exaggeration but it's reality. More kids mean deviding income between more and less chance of proper education and a good chance in life. And there's the white inheritance that gives more economic freedom to the beneficiaries. You don't get that from black people because there's simply too many kids so no money left to pass on.
