@_cookim_: Gim Chip (Ver. 1) I had this chip at Gu:um in Singapore and it was so delicious that I just had to try making it myself! Ingredients - Glutinous Rice Flour - Cornstarch - Sugar - Korean Soy Sauce (Kisoondo Ganjang) - Shiitake Mushroom - Dashima (Kombu) Stock - Gim (Seaweed by Kimjangsu) The Good - Love the light crispiness from the glutinous rice flour - The flavor of the gim (seaweed) is so good Areas for Improvement - While the taste is light but, it leaves a bit of greasy residue on the hands (how can i reduce greasiness..) - The texture is a bit too light and crispy → need to adjust the thickness - Frying at high temperatures leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste..
