A lot of people rent cars in Bulgaria. There are a lot of people coming back from outside the country - locals and foreigners, I am one of them… I travel very often, almost every month and I rent a car each time. During summer is high season so prices are up. Otherwise you can rent a car for €30-40 for a whole week outside Christmas and summer. Also, price is higher when you do a same day booking. Next time do a research. You do this for your flights, why not the cars?!?
