So good. #chinsufoods Ingredients - 14oz spaghetti - 1 tbsp butter - 2 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced - 5 garlic cloves, minced - 2–3 tbsp Chin-su Hot Sauce (to taste) - 1 tbsp chili oil (plus more for serving) - 1 tsp Chin-su Premium Fish sauce (for umami) - 1 1/4 cups heavy cream - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese - 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/4 cup reserved pasta water - 2 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp paprika - Salt and pepper to taste - Chopped parsley (optional) - Extra Parmesan for serving Instructions - Cook the spaghetti in generously salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining. - Melt the butter and 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onions with a pinch of salt and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20–25 minutes until deeply golden and caramelized. - Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
