🍔 Crispy Tater Tot Cheeseburger Casserole 🧀 Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup mustard 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional) 1 tablespoon olive oil Directions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well combined. Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef and cheese mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
