You can get a septoplasty on the NHS - highly rec getting on the waitlist. Although if you have private healthcare they will cover it if you DONT tell them how long you've had it for, bc if it only becomes a problem within your cover period, you can get it even ignoring any preexisting condition stuff your cover might have.

You can get a much cheaper bidet for like $40. Just the attachment and it’s just as affective and super easy to instal. We have a bidet attachment on all 3 toilets
