Not your normal BBQ festival fare then. That’s exactly why they’ve joined the line-up at @Live From The Grill, where they’ll be cooking a pig’s head on toast dish for £5, and a rump cap for £15. The pig’s head - one of their most popular appetisers in the restaurant - is a flavoursome, slightly spiced pork terrine served on sourdough and doused in Madeira gravy for a little sweetness. From the other end of the animal entirely, there’s that 55-day aged rump cap steak with salsa verde and sweet potatoes, straight off the grill. Talk about head to tail cooking. #chops #steak
