@roninsana: There's good news and bad news in today's employment report. Wall Street is cheering, the economy lost jobs last month, which makes a Fed rate hike more unlikely. But Main Street is feeling something very different, and the trend underneath the headline number is worse than it looks. Here's why the Fed is stuck between two bad options. there is NO good news about this report any way you look at it

stagflation has been brewing in the last 90 days. once economists label stagflation by definition, we'll be in stagflation mode.

Sir. this is bad news - bad news. Ain't a stretch to say Fed rates not increasing right away is the "good news" while literally all indicators of main street economics are in the red? What a way to deform reporting

The good news is the bad news? Yeah, wait until the “good news” results in a major recession.

some context, 22k jobs were created in construction, other sectors had jobs created. but the government shed 48k jobs , the service industry shed a large number of jobs suspected cutting after hiring up for the world cup. now still now a jobs report you want to see. but there are nuances to it when you look at the specific sector numbers.
