My friend’s a kindergarten teacher and had a mom ask if she and the other students would call her daughter “Toot Toot” in class cuz she’s only ever been called Toot Toot and they don’t really call the girl by her real name. My friend was like “ma’am, i’m a teacher. i’m not calling your daughtet Toot Toot in class. You need to teach her to respond to her real name, cuz i will NOT be calling her Toot Toot”. 😂💯

there's definitely been an increase in the "nobody gonna tell me how to raise my mf kid" azz parents in the last decade or so. People choose to have kids but they don't want to make the choice to be an active parent.

I remember there was only ONE girl who couldn’t write her name in my kindergarten class (20 years ago) and the kids were always like “you can’t write your name??” Can’t believe parents are so lazy nowadays
