It was awful 😭 I was induced and put on it on a Sunday night, didn’t give birth until Tuesday afternoon and stayed on the magnesium another 24h. The catheter was the worst part too 😭

I had the mag drip mid labor and it was prolly the worst part of the whole thing. Made me soo nauseous and sick like faint-ish and then again for the 24 hrs after labor and I just wanted to eat something 😭 11 weeks postpartum and I stg it still haunts me. I wanted to get up and move

Nobody told me anything about it before hand. I only knew from nursing school. It was horrible ontop of all the blood pressure medication over and over again.

I was on it five separate times for 48 hours each time, hated every minute of it. Was hospitalized at 26 weeks couldn’t leave until I delivered goal was 34 weeks I made it to 30 weeks 😅
