ah I used to live by this but the last time I complimented a stranger she gave me the oddest look and was like "right ok". Was very embarrassing and so I don't do it anymore 🤣 thought maybe it's not right to complement strangers 😬😬😬. Honestly keeps me up at night when I think about it 🤣

I do this too! Someone complimented my hair colour 6 years ago and I remember where I was, who I was with and what I was wearing. It really is so easy. On another note, I love your earrings 🥰

literally. regardless of age. when it's quick, simple with no expectations. it's such a heart warming experience. even overhearing someone saying something lovely about you/your outfit/hair etc. my memory is awful but I remember so many of them 🖤

we saw a lady who looked like you in our town centre the other day, my 4 year old said "why does she look like that?" I replied "because that's how she likes to dress, she looks really cool doesn't she!" The lady smiled at us and my daughter smiled at her 🖤 I teach her that we are all different and that being different is amazing

Me and my son were at Thorpe park and we made it a mission to compliment people. One woman cried saying she doesn't normally wear shorts and she's not got the confidence, it made her day and honestly just looked beautiful!

my daughter is 17 she is autistic and often gets nasty comments about her outfits and things however 2 weeks ago someone came over and said i love your style you look stunning. she came home crying happy tears and was so emotional and excited. kindness costs nothing and it litterally can mean the world to someone xxx

I have social anxiety and I try really hard to compliment a stranger at least once a week but a few weeks ago I complimented someone’s hair and they just stared at me and then kept walking and their friend started laughing and now I’m really scared to compliment someone again 😅
