I love the Kpot chain but this location has a lot of growing to do. I've been there twice and service was terrible. The first time they forgot to turn the BBQ on and didn't spray it or give us butter and the second time we sat there for 10 minutes before the waitress came over...and the place was empty both times so there was no excuse for the terrible service.

the service there is either 10 or a 0 if ur not a infuncer like this guy u have a good chance of barely seeing ur server conserve ur drinks

I did not like it. The waiter was not nice and the white rice was too overcooked and the grill did not want to work well too long to cook the meat.

the workers were disrespecful , charged us extra and after giving then a cash tip they still charged a tip on our card and had to deman our cash back they wouldnt even explain or apologize

The Wyomissing location is BYOB, they don't have their liquor license like most of the others.

Haven’t tried this place but I absolutely love Korean barbecue the best I’ve had so far was in Manhattan then Baltimore so we’ll have to try this one out💯💯💯
