@abc7chicago: Vacationers in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, woke up on July 27 to a mother bear and her cubs having a blast ransacking a car parked nearby. Footage captured by Jessica Bender shows the mother bear on the hood of the car, the dislodged sunroof beneath her paws. A cub follows her. “The car was locked and the sunroof was shut,” Bender said. “[The bears] were going in and out of the vehicle playing around.” According to recent videos (see here and here) published to Newswire, it appears having personal property pillaged by bears is an everyday occurrence in Gatlinburg.
