That's such a bull crap 😂, if you mean by time, is to run it locally, then no private PC can handle, like the hot GLM 5.2 nowdays.. It requires more than 1600gb VRAM...Fable 5 of calude is a full harnesses, so even if run locally Kimi K3 or Qwen3.8 that considered top local AI for coding, as a vibe coder (even as a professional developer with understanding how to prompt currently) you will never achieve the same result as the high end companies that have "perfected" the harness, and have serves that can support it.....
