Comment section full of clowns trying to argue Scott and/or Havoc are Omega which is outright cap and they clearly don’t know the definition of Omega. To be an Omega requires a mutant to be unsurpassable by another mutant with the same gift(s). In other words they have to have total control over the aspect of the world/reality their power connects them to. Storm can do anything with Weather on any scale, Magneto can do anything with Electromagnetism on any scale, Elixir can control biokinesis/biogenesis in any life on any scale, Legion can manifest any power at any level, etc. Scott and Alex are both Alpha level energy projectors with different bodily projection sources and output energy types. However their power sets mandate that they have a fixed range of power where after a certain point of exertion they cannot output any higher level of energy than what they are currently doing, their bodies just hit a hard limit unlike Omegas for example Storm or Magneto whose powers can extend entire solar systems as long as they are mentally concentrated enough. To be Omegas Scott and Alex’s power output would have to scale infinitely so both would presumably be able to produce enough destructive capacity to obliterate all reality, which is simply not their characters. Gabriel (Vulcan) is Omega and the way this works without him being completely broken is because he is an Omega Energy Manipulator but not a projector so can manipulate energy to no limit anywhere at any scale but only the energy around him and he can’t produce it from himself but he can store energy.

Havok is equal in terms of power with Scott being them both Alpha level mutants and having the same basic powers and them being invulnerable towards each other. Vulcan however IS Omega and can absorb and redirect it however he wants. Vulcan is stronger and hopefully they acknowledge him more in the comics and Alex
