doctor i have SEVERE pain in my left side.. all the tooth hirt.. only way pain goes away is by having cold water... google says thos os unreversable pulpitis something and only options are root canal or removing tooth

I really like your system and I’ve been following it, but there’s one problem: CIOSYS mouthwash isn’t available in my country, and the only Listerine option available here is the Zero Alcohol one. I know it’s not the type you recommend, but since this is the only Listerine available in my country, should I use it, or would that go against your system? I use Zellie’s throughout the day, along with Crest toothpaste and ACT mouthwash, and I’ve been relying on this routine. I’m just worried that using Listerine Cool Mint Zero Alcohol might mess up the system.
