Have they still not realized that if someone claims that not driving just traveling need to be on the other seat in car not behind the wheel.The whole situation is so annoying and stupid at least for cop and judge

sometimes i understand why there are so many bad cops out there because they constantly have to deal with people like this. i honestly feel bad for these officers because a simple traffic stop shouldn't be this hard, I've been pulled over for speeding a few times and nothing bad ever happened, one time 3 years ago during a snow storm i couldn't see the lines on the road and in a town i wasn't from and got pulled over because i wasn't driving in the right lane but the cop who got me was super chill and just told me to be careful.
