Why are you software devs still not following JIT/JIA policies for your apps. WHY TF DOES THE USER ACCOUNT THAT THE APP USE HAVE THE ABILITY TO DROP TABLES?! Your app user needs UPDATE, INSERT and SELECT. That is it.
