Cynosure Bunker from “Somewhat Damaged” in Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty DLC (Reed’s Path), anytime you want, you can do it before, during or after Phantom Liberty whether you did Reed or Songbird’s path, or haven’t even started the DLC. DISCLAIMER: Yes you CAN loot the Canto & Erebus schematics, but you cannot craft them without the Behavioral Chip Component from the decommissioned Cerberus bot at the end of “Somewhat Damaged”, because it doesn’t spawn at all outside of the actual quest itself. Yea bummer… you can use a Cyberpunk save editor to edit it into your console save, but until someone finds a workaround for it without mods, that’s as good as it gets, you can literally loot EVERYTHING ELSE, but that one chip is what’s stopping you from crafting the Blackwall weapons. There’s still a lot to see and loot inside the bunker though, so I still recommend it.
