From ne Ohio and we call that open faced hot turkey. You make almost exactly that recipe. My family adds celery and use cream of chicken but pretty much same. Then you put mash potatoes and a piece of sliced bread then turkey on top. Sooo good! Haven’t made it in forever! Wonder if I could instapot it?
