Did the grab's gps indicate turning at the alleged "illegal" turn? if yes, driver was following system instruction.

Such things happened during accidents. Absurd demand for minor simple scratched . Driver will pretend to have physical injuries and claim from insurance for thousands of dollars. Crazy !!!

(Not sure if it’s affecting his bonus or ratings or what?) So I got out of his car and while he was driving away, he rolled down his window and SCOLDED AT ME! He went “IT IS YOUR FAULT FOR NOT BOOKING THE CORRECT RIDE”. And he still didn’t cancel the ride AFTER he drove off!!! I had to make the cancellation and get charged with the $4 cancellation fee!!! Oh my god, like seriously? I’m a wheelchair user for 6 years now and this is my FIRST time faced with such discrimination. I’ve travelled to USA, Spain and other countries and people were generally helpful! How can a first world country like Singapore have such uncultured person?!?! There is zero respect, empathy and compassion!!! And how can this sort of discrimination exist here?! I really don’t get it. He should not be in the service line at all! P.s. I made a report to Grab via help chat and is waiting for their “relevant department” to get back to me on this.

Well done to Grab and the driver’s partner. Grab may have a negative mindset at times, but they are definitely very good at being defensive and protecting their position. Their defensive strategy is strong.
