I started American Drone Network and we manage fleet and compliance for everything from Agriculture drones to Government contracts. We have a “pay as you go model” We got cash flow positive quick but we have such rapid growth opportunities and software integration that I opened up second round early. All good problems but got $4mil to go in order to take my foot off the brake.

it depends. sometimes you are too early for a market, but then can hit a ton of growth. I mean you passed on our pre-seed almost two years ago, but then we signed 3 fortune 500s this month.
