Ive never used KS (cant cause allergy) but this is so shtty. it is actually insane how easily these platforms will take away everything you've built this is every brand and creators worst nightmare. I hope they can get it resolved, unless youre posting like heinous or hateful content, no one deserves this 😭

I will be honest back it the day Kiara sky was very inconsistent and their acrylics would marble bad and stuff but recently I gave their newer products a try and I love them so much their no wipe builder is so amazing!!

I remember Kiara Sky having a lot of issues when I was in nail school in 2019. The issues I was seeing everyone post about made me not want to purchase from them. However, after seeing the way they’ve been coming back with improvements and the way they listened to the criticism has me reconsidering their brand now. I’ve been considering a different brand than the one I have right now and am looking at different companies/brands very scrupulously since I feel like so many brands have been outed lately for shady practices and I just don’t get down with companies/brands I don’t align with. It’s more than just the products for me. The products and quality is my first requirement but the integrity of the company is in second place with a very little margin.

I love Kiara sky. I had their old drill and lamp for 6 years and had no issues but this last December I got the new lamp and drill and my lamp dies so quick and drill skips so much😣 I still bought the whole gel line because I do love their polishes!🫶

So, I have some of their NEW polishes. I also have two of their lamp. One older and one only about 4 months old. The new polishes wrinkled on clients, on myself and swatches. I always do thin coats. I also have their e file and have had to send it back so many times for repairs bc it shorts out. I pay every time hoping it’s going to be repaired for good bc I love that efile. It’s light weight and smooth but it never lasts long. I finally just upgraded to something else.

Kiara sky is TRASH. I bought 3 of their new lamps for my salon, all 3 were broken. They sent 3 new ones, 2 of the three are still broken. Customer service is also whack, smh
