Scanning old photos doesn’t have to be so intimating! Especially when you can get it done with JUST your phone!! Here’s a few tips to get a great scan EASILY: 📸 Download a scanning app (I recommend Photomyne) 📸 Wipe your camera lens off (This one is an underrated tip!!!) 📸 If possible, use museum quality glass to flatten photos and avoid refraction. You can find this at a framing store or Michael’s Stores. 📸 Do NOT use flash and aim for natural lighting! BONUS TIP! Save them to both your cloud AND external hard drive after!!! Make sure those photos are SAFE! Drop a comment with your favorite scanning method! Flatbed, phone, feeder… They all have pros & cons but I’d love to hear which one you like best.
