but regardless of that we should thank the Lord for his Grace and mercies,I came to Austria 1991 seek asylum waited for 8 years before getting my documents for free , gradually I have completed all my real estate rentals investments in Ghana for renting, Austria pension is 65 thank God is due preparing to settle back home for good I have being to Ghana 29 times,with good sources of income Ghana is not that bad I have enjoyed my sweat in Ghana numerous times I stayed 6 months in Ghana 6 months in Austria we should be thankful to the lord despite the challenges if God calls me right my grown up children take over of my investments it normal bro we should thank God I know a friend 28 years in America he couldn't get the documents to go home he was buried in America last year may God open doors for all new COMERS

Elder, what you are saying is true. We should also think that abroad is not for single life. If you live with your wife and you are committed to each other, things move faster. Imagine each saving 500 Pounds or Euros a month, it will take you barely 10 years to complete a 4 bedroom house. Also, we should think of the kind of house we want to build. Just have 3 or 4 bedroom in mind.
