He knew Maddie and xana because he was at there job very often. I don’t think drugs were involved. I think he’s a self centered “human” who was mad no one wanted him and started stalking the girls.

I know in my area when your an informant, the cops will try to keep you out of jail/prison for their own need for an outside contact. Which is ridiculous.

she was a child, teenager, who saw a man she didn't know in her house in the middle of the night. I've seen this sort of reaction, one time my son's girlfriend (who was 21 at the time) was over and we saw flames billowing from our neighbors house, I told her to call 9-1-1, she said "I don't think we need to call 9-1-1, I don't think this is a big enough deal for 9-1-1" sometimes when you see something shocking, your mind automatically goes to a place of shock, confusion and denial. Im not surprised by her reaction, it's sadly caused her a lot of trouble though.

I’m not sure about the drug theory. I do find it off that she went to bed after seeing him then called a guy friend to come ck the house next morning. Without calling 911 😳

So which illegal substances cause you to be fully strung out intoxicated for 8 hours? I think those 2 that were spared were drunk and stoned out, they were afraid to call police cause they would see how strung out they were, not able to answer questions etc.
