it made me not want any alcohol or any sweets . i use to be heavy about drinking soda and eat chocolates and im on week 3 and have not had a soda ,chocolates or alcohol 😊😊😊😊 i feel great no side effects

I started taking it May 26 with a starting weight of 235 pounds. As of yesterday I’m down to 213. 10 times better than white knuckling your way through it. I used to weigh 340 pounds and got down to 185 but it was super tough. It’s been a roller coaster ever since but with Reta I feel like I can breathe again.

So true I’ve been on it since march best thing I’ve ever done, I feel cold a lot even when Ive got the heater on but that’s not a major issue for me I just know it’s working and my body looks like a Greek god now 😂💪🏻
