What if ALL containers were sealed? I realize that in order for them to NOT have "Open" containers (as in empty) they'd have to have thrown them overboard but IF all are sealed, could they still be charged?

America is ridiculous when it comes to alcohol. I’d get drunk as a teen quite often. Not really a flex, but in Romania the police aren’t as crazy about drinking underage as American cops are.
